An impossible project I would do would be a time lapse of our planet forming. Or even any planet or star forming. We can only see brief glimpses of one stage of a planet or stars development, but if we had a camera that could literally see into the future or the past, I think it would be cool to have a time lapse of a cosmic body forming.
